Shipping policy

We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Delivery and installation are included for you as IBM employee. When a product is ready for delivery, we will inform you of the delivery time. The moment you have accepted the delivery time, we expect you to be at home to receive the delivery.

Have you accepted the delivery time and are you not at home? Then we are forced to invoice you € 75,- for the delivery costs en re-planning your delivery. 

Products from the IBM Catalog are made at your request and are not subject to the standard 14-day return policy. Ordered products from the IBM Catalog can therefore no longer be returned to us. What we have done is that a standard waiting period of two working days has been built in for these articles. This means that as soon as the agreement has been concluded, you have two whole working days to cancel or change your order. At the end of these working days, the agreement has become final and you can no longer change or cancel it.
